Michael built GrowPixels after seeing firsthand how much revenue merchants were losing — not just to fraud, but to the blunt instruments they were using to fight it. Legacy rule engines were blocking real customers and missing real fraud. He set out to build something smarter: a fraud detection service that learns from each merchant's own transaction patterns and returns decisions fast enough to act on.
